IS THE MARKET STABLIZING?

Many Americans are wondering if the real estate market has stablized? Is this a good time to buy? Is this a good time to sell? Let me answer your questions. Yes and No. Depending on where you reside will determine the answer. The west coast is still experiencing some diffuclty. This can be expected because the real estate market experienced great appreciation, more so than any other part of the country. Florida is also still fighting its way back due to the heavy investing many Americans persued in the condo market. However, Atlanta where I reside is having a strong surge of buyers coming into the market thanks to the First Time Homebuyers Incentives offered on the Federal and State level. |
